Office of the City Attorney
The City Attorney for the City of Greenfield is responsible for providing legal advice and support to the Mayor, City Council and City departments. In addition, the City Attorney represents the City before judicial and administrative agencies in civil litigation proceedings, and prosecutes misdemeanor violations of the City’s municipal code.
The City of Greenfield contracts with the law firm of the Lozano Smith for City Attorney services. Jennifer Thompson
is the City Attorney, and Mary F. Lerner is the Assistant City Attorney.
