The Greenfield Redevelopment Agency Business Assistance Program is designed to assist qualified local entrepreneurs with business educational resources, incentive financing, and City Redevelopment Agency funds. The primary objectives of the Program are to provide business education to start-up and expansion businesses, to provide "gap" financing to supplement conventional bank loans for new and existing business expansion, and to encourage the rehabilitation of commercial and industrial buildings. The Program will address many goals and objectives of the RDA Project Area Implementation Plan, including job creation, local tax base expansion, and rehabilitation of structures in the project area
